Microblading is a technique used to create a fuller looking brow through semi-permanent tattooing. Having a distinctive brow contours the face, providing an eye-catching appearance.
The microblading process is very precise, using a tool composed of tiny needles that form a blade. The blade delicately scratches the surface of the skin, much like a paper cut, depositing pigment into the epidermis layer of the skin.
Microblading is not like permanent tattooing. Permanent tattooing deposits pigment into the deeper layers of skin. Microblading may last up to 18 months. Pigment retention is affected by many factors, including sun exposure, smoking, skin type.
Not all clients are candidates for Microblading. Factors that may disqualify you from being a candidate include pregnancy, blood disorders, diabetes, chemotherapy, psoriasis, and more.
