“Bitten” by Plastic Surgery
Some people are lucky enough to get a glimpse as children into their future professions. A thirst for knowing how machines work might cause a little boy to become an engineer. A small girl standing up for others on the playground may one day become a police officer. For Dr. Gallaher, he was bitten at an early age – literally! After being bitten in the face by a family dog, Dr. Gallaher saw firsthand how plastic surgeons can change major trauma into barely noticeable scars; thus, Dr. Gallaher knew his future: to become a plastic and reconstructive surgeon.
His appreciation for the profession and his sensitivity toward patients have made him an excellent and compassionate surgeon. See for yourself.
