Kybella® is done in-office in as little as 15-20 minutes. A topical numbing agent will be applied beforehand to keep you as comfortable as possible throughout the procedure. Treatment areas are then marked, and the injection process begins. Your skilled injector will inject the deoxycholic acid-based solution to precise points below the skin.
Deoxycholic acid is a naturally-occurring substance within the body. Kybella® uses a synthetic form to break down fat pockets below the chin.
